| Light soy sauce | 1 tbsp |

| Fish sauce | 1 tbsp |

Prepare the Beef
Slice the beef thinly against the grain.
Stir-fry Aromatics
Heat oil in a hot wok. Fry garlic and chilli briefly until fragrant.
Cook the Beef
Add beef and stir-fry quickly over high heat until just cooked.
Season & Serve
Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Toss well and serve with rice, topped with herbs.
