| Prawns, finely chopped | 100 g |
| Minced chicken | 150 g |
| Onion, finely sliced | ½ onion |
| Fish sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Coconut sugar | 1 tbsp |
| Black pepper | To taste |
| Egg | 1 |
| Vegetable oil | For frying |
Soak the Vermicelli
Soak the vermicelli noodles from the SIAM Spring Roll Kit in hot water until softened. Drain well and cut into shorter lengths.
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine the vermicelli, prawns, minced chicken, onion, fish sauce, coconut sugar, black pepper, and egg. Mix thoroughly.
Wrap the Rolls
Briefly dip each rice paper sheet in warm water until pliable. Place a spoonful of filling near the edge, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Fry Until Golden
Heat vegetable oil to 170–180°C. Fry the rolls for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Drain and serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
