This rich, thick mousse is every chocolate lover’s dream.
It’s also extremely simple to make!
Combine coco and cocoa
In a bowl, beat the cold coconut milk and cocoa powder until well combined. The mixture will start to thicken.
Add melted dark chocolate
Pour the melted chocolate into the mixture and whisk well. Set it aside.
Prepare the banana puree
Slice 2 bananas and mash through a sieve.
Plate your dish
Pour a layer of mousse mixture from step 2 into a glass or ramekin. Then, fill with a thin layer of mashed bananas. Pour another layer of mousse. Finally, decorate with sliced bananas. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
