Raw prawns, peeled and deveined 200 g
Eggs, lightly beaten 2
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves, finely chopped 2
Spring onions, sliced 2 tbsp
Frozen peas 100 g
Fish sauce 2 tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Coconut sugar 1 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper To taste
Lime wedges To serve
Fresh coriander Optional, to garnish

Cook Prawns & Eggs
