INGREDIENTS

Massaman Curry ingredients
Massaman curry paste 70 g
Coconut milk 400 ml
Beef, diced 250 g
Potatoes, quartered 2 pieces
Shallots, minced 2 pieces
Coriander 1 bunch
Fish sauce 1 tsp
Coconut sugar 1 tbsp
Cinnamon sticks 2 pieces
Bay leaves 2 pieces
Star anise 2 pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

Massaman Curry

Wake Up the Spices

Heat a splash of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the Massaman curry paste and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Coat the Beef

Add diced beef and stir to coat each piece with the curry paste. Let it sizzle for a few minutes to absorb all the flavor.

Add Coconut Milk

Pour in 400 ml of coconut milk and give everything a good stir to combine.
